# Acceptable Use Policy

**Last updated: 1 October 2026**

This policy is part of our [Terms of Service](/legal/terms). It applies to everyone who uses LogiKFlow, and to AI agents acting for them.

## Don't

- Use the Service to break the law, or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Try to access repositories, pull requests or data you aren't allowed to see, or get around GitHub permissions.
- Probe, scan or test the Service's vulnerabilities without following our [security disclosure process](/legal/security).
- Overload or disrupt the Service. This includes flooding it with automated requests, or getting around rate limits.
- Scrape the Service, or use it to collect other users' data.
- Put malware, secrets or other people's personal data in notes, checklists or section titles.
- Use notes or comments posted through the Service to harass, spam or deceive people.
- Resell or offer the Service to others as your own product without our written permission.
- Impersonate another person or organization.

## AI agents

Agents you connect must follow this policy too. Don't configure an agent to save orders on repositories where you haven't been asked to, or to post comments in bulk.

## Enforcement

We may remove content, limit or suspend access, or end accounts that break this policy. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

## Reporting abuse

Email legal@logikflow.dev, including links to the relevant pull requests.
