Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and ZikkLabs ("we", "us") for your use of LogiKFlow at https://logikflow.dev, its MCP server and its documentation (the "Service"). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
1. The Service
LogiKFlow shows GitHub pull requests with their changed files in a reading order, and lets people with write access to a repository arrange that order with sections, notes and checklists, by hand or through an AI agent.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18, and able to form a binding contract.
- You sign in with a GitHub account. You're responsible for keeping it secure and for everything done through your account, including by AI agents you connect.
- The Service acts with your GitHub permissions. It can only read what your GitHub account can read, and only save orders where you have write access.
3. Your content
"Your content" means the reading orders, section titles, notes, checklist items and labels you or your agents save, and your review progress.
- You keep ownership of your content. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, display and process it, only to provide the Service to you and to the people you collaborate with.
- An order you save on a pull request is shared with everyone who can see that pull request. If you delete your account, your orders stay available to that team without your name, because they're part of the team's review.
- You're responsible for your content, and for having the rights to it. Don't put secrets, passwords or personal data about others in notes or checklists.
- Code, pull requests and comments from GitHub belong to their owners. We don't claim any rights in them and don't store them.
4. AI agents
You can connect AI agents, such as coding assistants, through our MCP server. An agent you connect acts as you: you're responsible for what it saves, and for complying with the agent provider's terms. We don't control third-party agents and aren't responsible for their output.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or end access that breaks it.
6. Price and changes to the Service
The Service is currently free. We may introduce paid plans. We'll give at least 30 days' notice in the Service before any part you use starts to cost money, and you'll never be charged without explicitly choosing a paid plan.
We may change, add or remove features. We'll give reasonable notice before removing a significant feature, unless we need to act sooner for security or legal reasons.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on GitHub and Cloudflare. Your use of GitHub is governed by GitHub's own terms. We're not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. The Cookie Policy lists the cookies we use.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
The Service helps people review code; it doesn't replace review. You're responsible for your code, your reviews and what you merge. Reading orders, including those written by AI agents, may be incomplete or wrong.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
- Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 5,000.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You'll indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, or from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or the law.
12. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we must by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first. Sections 3, 9, 10, 11 and 14 continue after termination.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes, we'll give at least 30 days' notice in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Kerala, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or the Service. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
15. General
- These terms, with the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a right, we haven't waived it.
- You may not transfer these terms without our consent. We may transfer them to a successor of the Service.
